Your satisfaction is our top priority at My Smell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, subject to eligibility, we offer an option to return the item for a refund or exchange.
1. Eligibility:

    Before raising a return request, please check if you meet any one of the following conditions:

  • The original product received at the time of delivery is either partially or completely damaged.
  • The product is defective and declared as irreparable by our support team.
  • The product received is different from the product ordered and it is unused/unopened.
2. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support hello@mysmell.in or call/WhatsApp us on +91 9821420024 during business hours within 2 days of receipt of your order with adequate proofs (videos/images). Please note that no return requests will be entertained after this.
3. Refunds
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. If the item is eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
4. Exchanges
  • If your product(s) is eligible for an exchange, it will be shipped only after the receipt of the original items and proper inspection clearance.
5. Return Shipping
  • The items should be packed in the original brand box and taped appropriately to ensure a safe transit back to the warehouse. In case the box is not available, the sender will have to arrange for a sturdy and safe corrugated box by themselves to pack the items in and handover to the pick-up executive.
  • Any in-transit damage due to poor packaging will be the responsibility of the sender alone. Our customer care agent will communicate the date of pick-up on which the sender will be expected to be available at the given address for proper handover.
